My background includes talent assessment and development, leadership growth, workforce planning, team coordination, compensation systems, workplace safety, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and promoting sustainable work–life balance. I am adept at functioning in fast-paced environments that require clarity, structure, and sound judgment.

A key area of my expertise is Critical Incident Stress Debriefing, which involves helping individuals and teams handle and recover from high-stress or psychologically challenging situations. This experience informs my current role, where a focus on resilience, adaptive leadership, and people-centered systems is essential for achieving long-term organizational success.
